Click on the "Search Members" button to find a thorough listing of the Vermont Chamber's many member businesses. Like the state in which we choose to live, you will see that our businesses are diverse and strong, from large companies to self-employed members. Vermont Chamber members value business, commerce, and quality of life.

The Vermont Chamber of Commerce is the Green Mountain State's most unique business association because it is broad based and includes employers of all economic sectors and sizes. Our members are an integral part of the largest and most influential business organization in Vermont.

The Vermont Chamber of Commerce gives employers the highest quality representation within our primary program areas of government relations; economic development and job opportunity; tourism marketing and support; domestic and international trade; and business-education partnerships. Our members elect, serve, and support the standing committees directing our programs.

We encourage you to put us to work for you. We strive to respond to your business needs, act on your concerns, and provide you with the high standards and services that you expect from the "Voice of Vermont Business".

2007 Business Summit Final Report

View Final Report  - (PDF Format - 123K)

On Tuesday, December 4, 2007, the Vermont Chamber of Commerce (VCC) held its first annual Business Summit at the State House. Business delegates from around the state discussed and highlighted five critical issues which impact companies doing business in Vermont

During the event, professional facilitators moderated the discussion on each of the following topics: Housing, Energy, Workforce Development, Transportation, and Fiscal Policy. The VCC Business Summit is a continuation of the Chamber's role to provide leadership and support to companies that do business in Vermont. With the release the final report, the voice of the Vermont business community has spoken.

Input from the 100 delegates, professional facilitators and VCC staff helped develop broad business principles that need to be addressed. While Vermont is open for business, it is the Vermont Chamber of Commerce that is working with our legislative leaders to make Vermont a better place to do business.

Another element to come from the Business Summit is the creation of the VCC legislative blog, http://vtchamber.blogspot.com/. Through the new blog, visitors will be able to express their views on a wide range to business topics. As the legislative session begins, the VCC will be at the State House monitoring, reporting on and working to improve the business climate.
